As one of the hottest commodities in the affordable rear-wheel drive sports coupe segment, it's only to be expected that most aftermarket brands will develop not one, but many styling kits for the Toyota 86 and its siblings, the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ.

2013 Lexus LS Facelift Slammed Down by Wald International


The restless tuners over at Japan's Wald International have found a new car to play around with, the recently facelifted 2013 Lexus LS luxury sedan.

Earlier today, Wald released a pair of images but no information whatsoever on the so-called Executive Line package for the LS, which will likely be officially introduced at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon in January next year.

Wald International Brings Out the Darker Side of the Toyota Prius Mk3


In its third tuning project in less than a week, Japan's Wald International is taking it upon itself to jazz up the third generation of Toyota's Prius hybrid hatchback with its new Sports Line package.

As with most tunes from Wald, the Sports Line is a mostly cosmetic upgrade kit that starts with a matte black foil wrap for the body and continues with a selection of aero goodies, such as the front bumper, side skirts and a rear bumper, all of which feature green accent stripes.

Toyo Tires Lays Out its SEMA Show Project Car and Star Plans


The countdown for the grand opening of the 2012 edition of the annual automotive aftermarket extravaganza known as the SEMA Show has begun. In less than a week's time, the Las Vegas Convention Center will open its doors to thousands of tuned and custom concept and production cars.

Toyota GT86 / Scion FR-S Falls into the Hands of Wald International


These are the very first photos of Wald International's upcoming upgrade package for the JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) Toyota 86, which is one and the same with the GT 86 in Europe, Australia and other regions/countries around the world, and the Scion FR-S in North America.

Although the Japanese tuning brand has only released a few teaser shots of the car without telling us much more about the package, we can see that the aero kit includes a protruding front apron that covers half the height of the bumper, and matching side skirts with front fender vent parts.

Wald is the Word for Lexus CT 200h Hybrid Hatch


It took some time, but Japanese design house Wald International has finally got around to prepare a Black Bison package for the entry-level Lexus model, the CT 200h hatchback.

The CT200h Black Bison Edition comes with a full aero body kit, composed of a new front bumper with LED lights on both corners, side skirts, revamped rear bumper with a matte black diffuser and new exhaust tips, and just in case those…134-ponnies under the hood decide to do something wald, roof and boot spoilers.

Wald International Turns Toyota's JDM Vellfire Minivan Into a Lexus of Sorts


Among the many models Toyota keeps for select markets in Asia is the Alphard luxury people carrier and its slightly sportier-looking twin, the Vellfire.

These two models are the latest vehicles to fall in the hands of Japanese tuning firm Wald International.

Perhaps the more interesting of the two styling tunes is the one Wald prepared for the Vellfire, which in factory trim, features a different fascia than the Alphard along with an aero kit.
