2012 Rolls Royce Jonckheere Aerodynamic Coupe II Concept

By Dutch coachbuilder Ugur Sahin Design as a homage to the original Rolls Royce Jonckheere Aerodynamic Coupe I, which was built in Belgium by Henri Jonckheere and his son Joseph in 1935. USD was commissioned by VDL Jonckheere to design a car which was a modern reinterpretation of the original vehicle. According to USD the concept was put together with the crucial idea of respect for the 77 year old design. That meant the designers were careful to retain the essence of the original, while also making sure to balance it with modern touches which bring it into the 21st century.
